Minor dwellings - expertly managed from start to finish
In Auckland, you can build one minor dwelling per site (up to 65m², excluding decks and garages) without having to subdivide. These compact homes are ideal for family, guests, or rental income. DNA Construction has extensive experience with minor dwellings - we manage the entire consent process and build to a high standard so your project is fully compliant.

We do. We coordinate drawings with your architect (or ours), lodge building consent, answer RFIs, book inspections, collect producer statements/Records of Work, and assemble the handover pack for Code Compliance Certificate in Auckland.
